The Women In Leadership Development course is a powerful programme of training, coaching and mentoring to develop the confidence, competence and self belief of women to progress their leadership and unleash their personal and professional potential. The programme is a partnership between Tania West of Kairos, Tiffany Macedo Dines of Tiffany’s and Diane Lowe of Maxlowe Ltd.
This one day programme and associated e- support and coaching will give you the courage to tame your fears, the confidence to leave your natural habitat, and the boldness to embrace your “wild” side by celebrating your unique strengths and expressing your authentic leadership.
Prior to the workshop you will have the opportuntity to complete an online profile which will help you clarify your strengths. At the workshop you will recieve your individual reports and following the workshop you will have access to one of the WILD consultants for one to one telephone coaching in addition to further on line support as you develop your own action plan.
The workshop itself will explore the following:
- How you can more effectively release your potential by developing your political awareness, balancing your needs, and developing both your authentic leadership style and strategic relationships to help you achieve your goals
- Overcome your own resistance and the thought patterns that keep you "stuck"
- How you can grow in confidence and develop your own personal brand
- How you can maximise your realised and unrealised strenghts and turn your PURR into a ROAR!
