WILD Action Learning Sets
Event Description:
WILD action learning is an accelerated learning process for previous WILD delegates that enables you to overcome personal and career based challenges with the support of fellow professionals and to identify actionable ways forward. So whether you want to deal more effectively with change, develop more strategic relationships, confront the things that keep you “stuck” in your career, or play to your strengths in a more intentional way, action learning is a practical, innovative and cost effective way of ensuring that you turn your PURR into a ROAR!
Sets consist of between 5-8 professionals who have attended the WILD workshop and who meet on a monthly basis to work on challenges relevant to them in order to progress in their lives and careers.
