What does Kairos mean?

Kairos comes from the greek word meaning “defining moment”. 

Making a commitment of marriage or renewing the vows we have already made are such Kairos moments. 

They are defining because they profoundly affect how we live the rest of our lives.

Why am I a marriage celebrant?

I believe committing to one person for the rest of our lives is an awesome undertaking and one that deserves the most profound of ceremonies that reflects the best of who a couple are.

It is my absolute pleasure and delight to officiate at ceremonies that are entirely bespoke, original, creative and which truly celebrate the love that two people have for one another.

What do I offer?

I offer three different packages to engaged couples: 

Silver: I will co-design and conduct your wedding ceremony which will include me writing and delivering your personal love story.  I can also help with readings, poetry, music choices, blessings, prayers and hymns (if appropriate) and  assistance with the writing of your own wedding vows.  I can also perform additional mini rituals which are meaningful for you as a couple or family.

Gold: I will do all of the above and in addition offer 3 couple coaching sessions that will include a pre-marital questionnaire that will enable you to explore different aspects of your relationship prior to marriage.

Platinum: I will do all of the above and in addition offer 3 couple coaching sessions in your first year of marriage to ensure that your marriage is well founded and grounded in research based principles and practices that give it the best possible chance of life long success.

I offer two different packages to couples who wish to renew their vows.

Gold: I will co design and conduct your renewal of vows ceremony which will include me writing and delivering your personal love story.  I can also help with readings, poetry, music choices, blessings, prayers and hymns (if appropriate) and assistance with the writing of your renewal of vows. I can also perform additional mini rituals which are meaningful for you as a couple or family.

Platinum: I will do all of the above in addition to 3 couple coaching sessions to enable you to deepen your emotional connection with your partner.
